Regarding returns and exchanges
Instead of returns, how about re-gifting the items you received, and we will send out the ones you prefer, charging for shipping only. (Shipping is a bear.)
Regarding cancellations
No problem there, unless I’ve already sent out your order. In a case like that, re-gift what was sent, and we’ll try to untangle things together.
